2. Services

Kamakazi Capital Inc provides revenue operations consulting, automation systems, and related business services. Service details are defined in individual client agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, respond to communications in a timely manner, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, systems, and deliverables created by Kamakazi Capital Inc remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

Kamakazi Capital Inc shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Outstanding obligations survive termination.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
